Service Advisor  - Corby Main Dealer

Our client, an established Main Dealership in Corby, is seeking to recruit a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. This position offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking Dealership that is investing in its future growth, providing excellent earning potential, comprehensive manufacturer training, and clear opportunities for career development.

Benefits as a Service Advisor:

Basic salary of £32,000, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 through performance bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Hosted on a rota basis, 1-in-2 Saturdays
Manufacturer training and development programmes
Supportive and progressive dealership environment
Genuine prospects for career progression within the businessDuties:

Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service both in person and over the phone.
Manage the full customer journey from booking to vehicle handover
Upsell additional services, repairs, and products to maximise dealership profitability
Liaise with the workshop to coordinate vehicle repairs and scheduled work
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle progress, costs, and completion times
Complete administrative tasks accurately in line with dealership proceduresRequirements of this Service Advisor position:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to upsell effectively and meet targets
Organised with keen attention to detail
Ability to perform well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
