Service Advisor

 Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership group operating across South and South West England for over 25 years, is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their Salisbury branch.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring total customer satisfaction during vehicle servicing and repair processes
Assist customers with additional work requirements and cost estimates
Schedule and track vehicle repairs, liaising with workshop and parts departments
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding vehicle progress
Support the aftersales team with administrative tasks including file auditing, service bookings, invoicing, and vehicle registration
Maintain professional and courteous interaction with customers and colleagues
Ensure compliance with workshop processes and customer care standardsRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a service advisor or within a customer-facing role in the motor trade
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service
IT literacy, with experience in Pinewood Pinnacle being advantageous
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am-1:00pm, paid as overtimeThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled service advisor to progress within a well-established and reputable dealership group.
