Job Description

We are recruiting a qualified and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Hersham. 

This Service Advisor position offers an excellent platform to develop your career within the automotive industry, working with a well-established and supportive team. Basic salary up to £32,300, dependent on experience
OTE of up to £41,000, including performance bonuses

Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm working hours
Rotational Saturdays to accommodate customer needs

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers as a Service Advisor
Managing and scheduling service and repair bookings efficiently
Upselling service plans and additional vehicle maintenance options
Communicating effectively with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of repairs
Conducting vehicle handovers, explaining technical work and repairs to customers
Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing invoices
Promoting dealership offers, loyalty programmes, and customer incentives
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Contributing to the smooth operation of the service departmentRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or equivalent customer-facing automotive position
Strong organisational and communication skills
Professional appearance with a customer service-driven approach
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Full UK driving licence is essential
