Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership in Yeovil, Somerset, for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to join a well-established team and progress their career within the automotive industry.

Deliver professional, high-quality customer service during vehicle servicing and repairs
Manage workshop communication, liaising effectively with workshop and parts departments
Discuss additional work requirements and costs with customers in a clear and courteous manner
Schedule and record vehicle work efficiently, maintaining accurate and professional communication
Support the aftersales team with administrative tasks including file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, and invoicing
Ensure a smooth customer journey from arrival to vehicle pickup, maintaining high standards of serviceRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry or similar sector
Full UK driving licence
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach as the Service Advisor
