Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group in Oxford. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing workshop loading and scheduling to optimise workflow
Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress proactively
Booking in vehicles with flexibility to suit customer and workshop needs
Identifying customer requirements and producing accurate, fully inclusive cost estimates
Preparing detailed job cards, invoices, and estimates
Explaining work carried out and identifying additional sales opportunities
Generating warranty job cards in accordance with manufacturer policies
Recording all work accurately and categorising repairs (retail, warranty, internal, non-chargeable)
Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and liaising with vehicle manufacturers as required
Ensuring high standards of customer communication throughoutRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong organisational and IT skills; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop preferred
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to deliver exemplary customer service and maximise sales opportunities
A UK driving licence with minimal points
