Job Description

We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Service Advisor for their main dealer premises in Maidstone, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to progress their career within a reputable dealership.  Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:

Basic salary of approximately £33,508, with an OTE of up to £36,000
Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
One in three Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00, on a rota

Welcome customers to the dealership in a professional, friendly manner
Manage service bookings efficiently and liaise with technicians regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
Provide customers with timely updates on vehicle progress and costs
Prepare accurate invoices and complete all necessary documentation
Handle customer queries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist with administrative duties related to service advising
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and quality standardsRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing invoices and documentation
Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
