SERVICE ADVISOR 
Location: Slough 
Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary | OTE £50,000 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm (Paid as Overtime at 1.5x)

THE ROLE 
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service department. 
Key responsibilities include: 
·Booking customer vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance, and repairs 
·Providing regular updates to customers throughout the repair process 
·Ensuring efficient workshop loading to maximise productivity 
·Liaising with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller to ensure timely vehicle completion 
·Upselling additional repair work, service plans, and manufacturer promotions where appropriate 
·Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately 
·Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues efficiently 
·Delivering an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection 
  
ABOUT YOU 
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: 
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry 
·Experience working with Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS) 
·A proven track record of upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products 
·Excellent customer service and communication skills 
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment 
·A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude 
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
