We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable independent garage near Stafford, Staffordshire. Manage the entire customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover
Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently and accurately
Prepare detailed job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations
Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians
Provide regular updates, explanations, and advice to customers
Coordinate parts ordering and communicate with suppliers
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
Maintain a professional, welcoming reception and waiting areaRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise or independent garage
Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT procedures
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
IT-literate, with the ability to adapt to management systems
