An established vehicle dealership in Croydon has a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
We seek an experienced Service Advisor who is seeking an opportunity to develop their skills; and likes to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, for this delightful car dealership in Croydon.
Working in a professional and customer focused environment, each team member has opportunities to enhance their earning potential with targeted bonus and career development, through training.
The Role
As an experienced Service Advisor, you will be familiar with the role, including delivering a high level of service to all customers visiting the service department. From the initial point of contact with the customer; checking the details on the Jobcard and updating them throughout the day, to invoicing and handover.
The requirements:
A customer focused approach, with an appreciation for effective team working
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer focused environment and keen to develop their skills
A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is essentialThe Salary
Basic circa £30,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience,
with £45,000 OTE per annum + Company Benefits
