Job Description
Our client is a well-established and highly respected automotive business, currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic and customer-focused team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and liaising with both customers and technicians to ensure a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between the workshop and the customer
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Provide accurate estimates and explain work required to customers clearly
Manage service documentation and customer records
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Upsell additional services when appropriate, ensuring the customer receives full value from their visit
About You:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
A passion for the motor trade and commitment to delivering high standards of service
