Our client is a well established dealership group, and are keen to expand with a highly experience service advisor.
You'll play a role in ensuring the admin tasks are being done properly, and supporting the technicians while ensuring you are providing a strong service in the background.
Key responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and assisting their needs
* Listening to concerns and inquiries regarding their vehicle
* Maintaining a positive energy, and being a good team player.
* Scheduling appointments for service & repairs.
* Cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
