Job Description

Service Advisor Salary: Up to £31,000 + Bonus Location: Yeovil, Somerset Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays Are you a natural communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Service Advisor to join their team. You'll be the first point of contact for valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from enquiry to handover. What You'll Do: * Be the Face of Our Service Team: Manage all service enquiries, both by phone and in person, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. * Customer Champion: Clearly explain all work carried out on vehicles, ensuring full customer understanding and authorisation. You'll handle customer requirements for service and repairs efficiently and courteously, aiming for the highest standards of satisfaction. * Seamless Communication: Ensure customer needs are fully understood and communicated effectively to the wider service department. * Operational Excellence: Accurately record vehicle details and service histories, distribute jobs to the workshop controller, and assist with optimising workshop capacity in collaboration with management. * System Savvy: Utilise various company and manufacturer systems (DMS, RTC, VMS, etc.) in line with requirements. * Problem Solver: Act as the initial point of contact for service customer complaints, escalating to the Customer Service Controller when necessary.
