Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic, depending on experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday-40 hours per week

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our clients leading supplier workshop in Melksham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities. For this Service Advisor opportunity you must have experience preferably within an Automotive trade as a service advisor or Service controller, or in a commercial / HGV workshop, and must have used Kerridge.
Service Advisor Benefits:
No weekends.

This Service Advisor position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book work into the workshop.
Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.
This Service Advisor role is within a busy Workshop that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Dealing with invoices and preparing estimates.
Maintaining control of parts in the service department.
Deliveries.
Warranty returns.Service Advisor Requirements:
The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
Excellent customer service.
Must hold a Full UK driving licence.STHOJ
