Service Advisor Vacancy
Reading
up to 40k basic + bonus + benefits
Monday to Friday - 46.5 hours - 8.00 – 6.00, 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota: 8.30 – 12.30
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in Reading.
What you’ll do as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
* Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to our skilled technicians
* Handle customer enquiries efficiently
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Provide technical guidance and support to your team
* Accurately evaluate customer service and repair needs based on vehicle health checks
* Assist in service reception when required
* Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to warranty and dealership policies
What you need to be considered for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy:
* Previous workshop or technical experience preferred
* Full UK driving license
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer service consistently
* Motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
