Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and client care in a fast-paced automotive environment? We are currently looking for a dedicated and personable Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer based in Dartford.
About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a seamless, professional, and friendly service experience. Your role will include managing service bookings, handling customer enquiries, providing clear and accurate updates on vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring timely, efficient service delivery in line with main dealer standards. You will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving customer loyalty.
What’s On Offer:
• Competitive salary with up to £5,000 annual bonus
• Monday to Friday 8am-6pm hours, plus 1-in-2 Saturday’s 8am-1pm
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus with a proactive, positive, and friendly approach to customer service
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy automotive service department
• Previous experience in a main dealer Service Advisor role or a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing, MOT, and warranty processes is a plus
