We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Avonmouth. Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor
Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department
Book in vehicles for service, repair, and maintenance
Liaise with workshop staff to ensure updates are communicated clearly
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Raise job cards and invoices accurately
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor
Essential
Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service-based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and the ability to use internal systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Desirable
Experience working within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment
Knowledge of vehicle service processes
