Service Advisor – Main Dealership – Ipswich
Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 + OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota
We are working with a well-established main dealership in Ipswich seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service in your role as Service Advisor, both face-to-face and over the phone
Allocate work to technicians, manage job progress, and ensure timely completion as a proactive Service Advisor
Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate – a key part of the Service Advisor role
Assist in achieving departmental targets for profitability and customer satisfaction as a trusted Service Advisor
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department as a valued Service AdvisorRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment
Strong communication and customer service skills expected of a top-performing Service Advisor
Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience preferred for an efficient Service Advisor operation
