Service Advisor
£36,000+ OTE!
Monday to Friday, No Weekends!
Main Dealer Training and Progression!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established franchised main dealer with an excellent reputation, a stable team, and a genuinely supportive working environment.
Based in Ashford, this site offers a great work-life balance, uncapped bonus earnings, and a company car scheme after just 6 months.

* £28,000–£30,000 basic salary
* Bonus Scheme averaging £6,000 per year, but this is uncapped!

* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch
* No weekend work (contracted 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, but this hasn’t happened in over 5 years)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of the front-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish—handling bookings, updating customers, liaising with the workshop, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service process every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a dealership service environment
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Confidence using dealership systems (e.g. Kerridge, Pinewood, Pinnacle etc.)
