Our client is an Automotive friendly, long-standing team and they are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in the Ipswich area.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £28,000.

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of workResponsibilities:
Preferable to have previous experience within a Main Dealer environment.
Confident at operating software systems such as Kerridge/CDK.
Proactive mindset, and a burning desire to succeed.
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
