Service Advisor
Basic up to £34k + Bonus!
Profit Share Scheme Available!
Monday to Friday!

With a competitive salary of £32–34k, profit-share bonuses of £100–£300 a month after probation, Monday to Friday shift, and structured training, this is an excellent opportunity to build stability and progression while still enjoying your personal time.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.
* Manage bookings for servicing, repairs, MOTs and tyre fittings.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate job updates.
* Keep customers informed on progress and provide clear explanations of work required.
* Handle invoicing and payments accurately.
* Support the branch manager in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Requirements
* Previous motor trade experience essential.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Organised and confident working in a busy service environment.
* A team player with a proactive attitude.
* Additional experience in fast-fit, dealership, or service centre environments is desirable.
