We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive main dealer who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service
Department in the Sprowston area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Monday to Friday working week, 8:00am – 5:00pm
No weekends required

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role:
Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing outstanding customer care
Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work
Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth communication
Advising on additional work and upselling products and services where appropriate
Delivering a professional, friendly service to maintain strong customer relationshipsFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £35,000.
