Service Advisor
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £28,440 - £30,440 basic, £34,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm, with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings.

We’re recruiting a Service Advisor to join our client - one of the leading main dealer groups, representing some fantastic automotive brands. Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a busy department
Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers Service Advisor Requirements
You must have previous experience as a Service Advisor to be considered for this position
