Our client, a well-established independent garage in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch break

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
Manage customer appointments and liaise with technicians
Provide accurate quotes and explain vehicle repairs or services
Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from arrival to collection
Maintain accurate documentation and update service records
Upsell additional services where appropriate, ensuring customer satisfactionCandidate Specification:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised with strong time management skills
Knowledge of automotive services and repair processes
Proficient with motor trade IT systems or comparable software
Automotive or service industry qualifications are desirable
Previous experience within a busy dealership or independent garage is advantageous
Reside within 30 minutes of South West Guildford
