ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Tunbridge Wells
SALARY: 30k basic - 36k + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA!
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in Kent.
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
* Responding to customer requests
* Booking in vehicles for service / repair
* Checking in vehicles
* Track vehicle through the workshop
* Handover the vehicle
* Achieve incremental sales
* Use technology effectively
* Manage your own performance
* Contribute to effective working
* Deal with customer complaints
* Contribute to improved service processes
The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
* Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
* Excellent customer service skills
* Full UK DL

* Service or Aftersales Advisor background within the UK automotive industry
* Full UK driving licence
