Service Advisor – Mansfield
Salary: £28,440 - £30,440 basic | £34,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus 1 in 6 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor
Welcome customers and book their vehicles in for scheduled or unscheduled servicing
Provide updates on vehicle progress with professionalism and a friendly approach
Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with daily operations
Manage customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships
Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
Full UK driving licence
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
