Job Title – Service Advisor – Nottingham - £28000 + Bonus profit share (OTE £30000)

As a Service Advisor you will: -
* Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house experience
* Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Book jobs, organise workshop schedules, and keep things running efficiently
* Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and obtain approvals
* Order parts and manage stock to support the technicians
* Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting
What You Will Bring
* Customer service experience (essential)
* Automotive or garage experience (preferred, but not essential)
* Confident using computers, phones, and booking systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
* Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
* No Sundays or Bank HolidaysBefore You Apply
