Service Advisor or Service Manager Required for Family Run Service & MOT Centre Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Salary: £37,000 basic with OTE of £44,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, 1-hour lunch break, Saturday mornings on a rota
Are you an experienced Service Advisor or Garage Manager with a passion for exceptional customer service? Join our client’s family-run Service & MOT Centre in Fleet, Hampshire, specialising in cars, vans, and more. Our client welcomes applications from experienced Garage Managers or Service Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on vehicle servicing and repairs.
Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely completion of work.
Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or repairs, maximising customer satisfaction and revenue.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
If Service Manager: drive profitability, manage supplier and stakeholder relationships, ensure the smooth running of the Garage Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Garage Manager in an automotive setting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is desirable.
