Service Advisor Required in Sutton, Surrey
Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 DOE
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - FridayWe are recruiting for a Family-Run Automotive Service Centre in Sutton, Surrey, seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Customer Services team in a dynamic car garage environment.
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor capable of delivering outstanding customer service to meet growing customer demand.

Key Duties Include:
Managing direct customer interactions
Workshop scheduling and management
Providing cost and time estimates, and advising on workshop availability
Ordering parts
Invoicing completed jobs
Building long-term customer relationships
Maintaining a clean and professional workshop and service reception area
