Job Description
Brook Street is working with a growing client in the Automotive industry that is seeking a Service Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is on site, Mon-Fri 8-6 with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Main duties:
To provide outstanding customer service.
To book in and administer jobs relating to servicing.
To work alongside other departments to co-ordinate workshop duties.
To provide an efficient and accurate service at all times.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Interested in Cars/Motor trade
Experience working in fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
