Service Advisor / Service Receptionist – Llandudno
Salary: £30,000 basic | OTE £38,000 (Realistic)
Location: Llandudno
Richard Abson Group are working with a premium dealership in Llandudno to find an exceptional Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will:
* Assist customers with enquiries and technical information about their vehicles.
* Provide regular updates on vehicle progress.
* Promote and sell service plans and additional dealership services.
* Ensure a first-class customer experience at all times.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (main dealer experience preferred).
* Passion for customer service and sales.
* Familiarity with Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
Salary & Working Hours:
* Competitive basic salary of £30,000.
* Additional uncapped bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales – realistic OTE £38,000.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm (paid at overtime rate).
