Service and Sales Coordinator
Industrial Filtration & Extraction Equipment (LEV Systems)
Office based in Northampton
Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Bedford, Daventry
£26,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary (Pro-rata) + Bonus + Benefits

Have an interest in the engineering and construction sectors?Our client is on the search for an experienced service and sales coordinator. They have a wealth of experience in their sector and have a part-time, permanent role available in their administrative team.
Your Role as a Service and Sales Coordinator:
You'll be office based in Northampton, working alongside the wider team.
Provide support across multiple divisions in the company, primarily service and finance.
Raise and follow up on quotations and service requests.
Create and manage reports as required.
Order processing and correctly raising invoices as required.
Partake in service meetings.
Utilise in-house CRM systems, alongside Tradify, Xero, and AutoEntry.
A Monday - Friday part-time, permanent position with some flexibility to when and number of hours worked (20 - 25 hours)Ideal Background for the Service and Sales Coordinator Position:
3+ years' experience in an office based, customer dealing environment, ideally as a service coordinator.
Experience dealing with construction or engineering companies is highly desirable.
Strong telephone communication skills.
Exposure to Xero and Tradify is beneficial but not essential.
Happy and able to travel to the Northampton site daily.
