Service Administrator & Co-ordinator
Full time | Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
We're supporting a small, well-established organisation with a strong community focus, who are looking to bring in a highly organised and personable Service Administrator & Support Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly while supporting a busy and collaborative team.
The role will involve:
Managing day-to-day administration within a busy, fast-paced environment
Co-ordinating schedules, activities and general logistics
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Acting as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders
Supporting communication across the team and assisting with meetings and reviews
Ensuring processes are followed and records are kept up to date and compliant
Providing general support to the wider team as neededWhat they're looking for:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident, professional communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and internal systems
A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationThis role would suit someone with experience in, a passion for, or an interest in working within a care, community or specialist support environment, where making a difference and supporting others is key.
