Service & Application Engineer - Metrology - Milton Keynes - Up to £38k plus excellent benefits (Company Car, Bonus, 7.5% pension)

What You Will Do:
Install advanced equipment to manufacturer specifications, ensuring optimal performance.
Provide expert training to customers on proper operation procedures after installation.
Diagnose and repair systems both in-house and at customer sites, delivering exceptional service.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, whether by phone or through on-site visits.
Stay up to date with the latest service bulletins and technical training to maintain high standards.
Identify and promote sales opportunities, passing them on to the sales team proactively.
What You Will Bring:
Ideally experience in a similar multi-discipline service role.
Experience in metrology is highly desirable but not essential.
A self-motivated, proactive approach with a flexible, can-do attitude.
A full, clean driving licence and the willingness to travel, including occasional early starts and late finishes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer support.
