Job Description
BDS are currently recruiting for a Service Charge officer based in Islington for a well-established Housing Association.
Main duties include but are not limited too;
You will work with stakeholders across the business including the dedicated Estate Operations Manager to review historic service charge accounts.
You will lead on the projects & be accountable for working through a defined number of service charge accounts that have been issued a Section 20b and seeing them through to audit and delivery within the 6-month period.
You will also review any complaints and queries from residents to service charge accounts that have already been served.
3 days in the office (Monday mandatory) 2 days working from home.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
Pay rate; £23.70 PAYE Per Hour, £31.34 UMB Per Hour
