Service Charge Officer

 Multiple temporary posts. £25 to £30 per hour. Likely chance of going permanent.

 A genuinely solid opportunity for experienced Service Charge professionals who want something interesting, stable, and well supported. Several roles available, all working within a busy, collaborative service charge team that is mid transformation, so your expertise will actually matter rather than getting buried in admin.

 These posts are office based three days a week in the South London area.

 What you will be doing

 • Calculating and issuing accurate estimates and actuals
 • Managing complex cases and speaking directly with residents to resolve queries
 • Partnering with managers to improve processes and support the move to a single service charge system
 • Reviewing procedures to support full cost recovery
 • Working closely with budget holders so service charges are set accurately and consistently
