Service Contracts Manager Location: London and surrounding areas Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Bonus Industry: Electronic Security, CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Intruder Alarm Systems Are you an experienced Service Contracts Manager or Service Account Manager with a background in CCTV, security systems, or access control? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing electronic security solutions provider, managing key client contracts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll oversee multiple service and maintenance contracts, working closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver first-class results. This role combines customer relationship management, commercial awareness, and technical understanding of security systems -making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process management. Key Responsibilities · Manage a portfolio of service and maintenance contracts across CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, and security systems. · Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and renewals. · Identify opportunities for additional works, upgrades, and contract extensions to increase account value · Monitor SLA and KPI performance to ensure all service levels are met. · Work with field engineers and helpdesk teams to coordinate resources effectively. · Prepare reports and updates for clients on service performance and contract delivery. · Ensure compliance with health & safety, NSI, and industry standards. · Stay up to date with new technologies within CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems · Act as an escalation point for contract or service-related issues. Skills & Experience Required · Proven experience as a Service Contracts Manager, Service Account Manager, or Contracts Coordinator in the security industry · Background in CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or fire & life safety systems · Strong commercial understanding and contract management skills. · Excellent communication and organisational abilities. · Technical or commercial qualification (HNC or equivalent). · Security clearance (SC/DV) advantageous but not essential.
