Established for over 45+ years, our client is a leader in the supply, repair and maintenance of various mechanical handling equipment.
Candidates suited to this role will have worked in the construction or similar industry previously and be used to managing and booking out the workload for Engineers.
You will be required to schedule in servicing and breakdown call outs as they arise, alongside the general maintenance workload already booked in, being able to prioritise customers needs accordingly.
Other duties of the role will be to schedule and attend review meetings with clients, dealing with any queries they have, whilst making sure all service level agreements are adhered to.
Candidates need to have an understanding of the type of equipment our client supplies, which includes working with brands such as Bobcat, Manitou, Cat, Combilift and Kalmar.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to manage costs / revenue within the department
