We are seeking a proactive and organised Service Controller to join our service operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with customers, and supporting engineers to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling service enquiries and providing solutions.
Plan and manage engineers’ daily workloads to ensure efficiency.
Create job cards, order parts, and ensure technical support is in place for engineers.
Prepare customer estimates, follow up to secure work, and ensure excellent service standards.
Maintain accurate records, including contract maintenance schedules and service documentation.
Process job sheets, track progress, and manage work-in-progress levels.
Support with health & safety compliance and general admin duties.What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
IT literate, ideally with experience using SAP or similar systems.
Previous experience in a service, workshop, or engineering support environment would be advantageous.What We Offer
