Job Title: Service Controller
Salary: Upto £33,000 basic
Hours: Monday - Friday
The client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Controller with fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within their busy and well-established Plant & Agricultural dealership.
The Service Controller job role:
Organising plant and agricultural engineers schedules
PDI Coordination: Work with the sales team to manage Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).
Timesheet Verification: Review technician timesheets for accuracy.
Planning and the allocation of work to engineers
Be present for the depot Audits/Checks
Work with engineers to resolve technical issues
Support the service team and manager to help with customer issues
Schedule training needs for department
Warranty Registration: Register warranties in line with company policy.Next steps:
