Service Controller
Monday-Friday - 8AM - 4.30PM
Wellingborough (NN9)
Temporary ongoing to start ASAP
£12.80 per hour (Weekly Pay)
We’re currently recruiting a Service Controller to support our client in Wellingborough on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role where no two days are the same.
Day to day duties:
Scheduling and dispatching engineers for service and breakdown calls
Managing incoming calls and emails from customers
Logging service jobs and updating records accurately
Liaising with engineers and customers via phone call/emails
General administration duties as requiredCandidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a service coordinator/controller or similar admin role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using computer systems
