Job Description

Our client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity leave. The Fixed Term Contract will run through till the end of October 2025 and could be extended. Our client is a large manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Kings Lynn. To be considered for the Service Coordinator role you must have previous administrative experience and be immediately available or have a reduced notice period. Duties of the Service Coordinator role are: * Cost and complete engineer’s worksheet on completion of service call. * Process incoming invoices * Raising invoices for chargeable work * Supporting Call Handlers * Recovery of chargeable warranty costs * Cross charging costs where appropriate * Update on a daily basis customer Portals with invoice information * Adding engineer’s worksheets to company systems * Register service calls/emails * Allocate and distribute engineer work. * Allocate service calls to service partners. * Cost and complete engineers worksheet on completion of service call. * Update on a daily basis customer Portals * Order parts and issue quotes for repair work * Confirming parts on site * Checking all monitors * Calling sites to arrange access/check details * Issuing Risk and Method statements * Calling sites to arrange access/check details * Checking Engineers Schedules to ensure they have work As well as £24 500 basic salary our client is offering an excellent benefits package for the Service Coordinator role.
