Role Overview
This is an exciting role for a motivated and ambitious individual ready to grow with a forward-thinking and expanding company. As part of their dynamic operations team, the Service Coordinator will play a key role within an established, successful business that values collaboration and innovation.
This position involves working with the latest SaaS platforms to help coordinate our engineering teams effectively, requiring clear, ongoing communication and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently forward schedule multiple engineer diaries
* Organising & scheduling the field engineers on a day-to-day basis
* Completing the monthly Planned Maintenance Visit (PMV) run process
* To provide cover to colleagues in the operations department when the need arises
* Organising remedial works following service visits
* Answering emails & telephone calls from both customers and internal colleagues
* Administrating job reports from the field engineers
* Responding to reactive works in a proactive way
* Working closely with all members of the operations team and account managers to provide a high level of customer service
* To provide cover to colleagues in the operations department when the need arises
* Utilising SaaS software packages including simPRO, Dwellant & Pro-Nett
Requirements
* Expertly handle all contact with our customers via telephone and email
* Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
* A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude
* To be a committed team member
* An ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment and take a logical approach to your work
* Confidence in working with a variety of SaaS systems and willingness to learn new systems
* Operate with independence and integrity
* Good spoken & written English
