Location: Crawley
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

My client, a well-known UK-wide commercial vehicle group, is looking for a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join their Exeter team. With structured systems, stable leadership and excellent staff benefits, this is a great opportunity to build a career with a trusted national employer.
What you’ll be doing in your new Service Advisor role:
Booking in service work and updating job cards
Speaking with customers and suppliers to manage jobs efficiently
Ordering parts and arranging outsourced tasks
Processing costs, handling payments, and raising invoices
Supporting the parts department and admin team
Producing workshop performance data and KPI reportsThe successful Service Advisor will have:
Admin or service experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Good organisation, communication and attention to detail
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (preferred)
Confidence in multitasking and managing workshop processes
A proactive approach and team-focused attitudeBenefits you can expect in your new Service Advisor role:
Up to £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary + annual bonus
25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more)
