Job Description
A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (35 hours) and paying £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Schedule and dispatch engineers
Quoting for remedial work
Reviewing job sheets
Liaising with clients
Maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams
Please note that you may be required out-of-hours in case an emergency arises.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Service Coordinator position:
Experience within organising a maintenance/service department
Good Geographical knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Manufacturing and production industry experience desirable
Strong organisational skills
