Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Service Delivery Analyst - Security Operations to join a dynamic service delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT service management and a knowledge of cybersecurity and SOC tooling. Someone who excels at managing stakeholder relationships and translating technical insights into business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and your customer portfolio
Deliver regular Service Reviews, performance reporting, and client-facing updates
Use ITSM tooling
Report on weekly and monthly tasks and actions, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and communicated
Essential Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of Cybersecurity and SOC tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender)
Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and ITSM best practices
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
This role is fully remote and will offer a starting salary of £45,000 and exceptional Company Benefits
