Job Description

I'm working with a well-established, award-winning client based in Bury, Manchester, who is looking to hire a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly reputable business known for its exceptional customer service and commitment to innovation. This role would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing client relationships in a service-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts Handle and resolve a wide range of service and account-related queries Manage account transitions (e.g. change of details) within agreed timeframes Coordinate internal resources to support the rollout of operational projects and ensure smooth delivery Monitor and report on service data accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies Support the successful launch of new products/services with clear communication across teams and with clients Provide insight on competitor activity to help drive service enhancements Deliver post-sales support and assist with customer care matters Produce regular and ad hoc client reports Attend client meetings off-site when required What We’re Looking For Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator, both written and verbal High attention to detail with a methodical approach Good numerical skills and confidence handling data Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Desirable Experience Previous experience in a service delivery, customer experience, or account management role Background in a B2B or regulated environment is advantageous but not essential Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Annual performance-related bonus Flexitime Free on-site parking On-site gym Wellbeing support Regular social and team-building events If you're an experienced service professional looking to join a company with a fantastic culture, strong values, and great progression opportunities, I’d love to hear from you
