Job Title: Service Designer
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Leeds Wellington Place (Hybrid)
Day Rate: £300- £600 (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to help deliver seamless digital experiences and shape services that put customers first.
What you'll do:
Collaborate within agile teams to define priorities, outcomes, and scope.
Shape initiatives using customer and market insight.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Conduct research and document current and future state services.
Contribute to building a strong service design community.What we're looking for:
Strong background in service design, design thinking, and user research.
Skilled in journey mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.
Confident working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
