We're seeking a highly organised Service Desk Coordinator to join our Client's busy team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of client support - managing service tickets, scheduling engineers, and ensuring every client receives exceptional aftercare.
What you'll do
Manage and allocate service tickets via phone and email
Schedule and coordinate engineers across multiple client sites
Maintain clear client communication throughout the support process
Oversee CRM updates and ensure accurate project documentation
Support contract renewals, quoting, and ordering of partsWhat we're looking for
Strong admin & coordination skills in a fast-paced service environment
Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
Confident multitasker with great attention to detail
IT-literate (Microsoft Office & ticketing systems)
Experience in customer service, IT, engineering, or AV sectors is idealWhat's on offer
