Service Engineer – Agricultural Machinery
Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for agricultural machinery? Wise Employment are looking for fully skilled Service Engineers to join a growing team in a well-established and expanding agricultural business.
This role is primarily working Monday to Friday with Weekend work and Overtime available. This position comes with some fantastic benefits such as:

40-hour week + overtime
Participation in an On-Call Rota
In this varied role, you'll be working on industry-leading equipment, including Massey Ferguson; performing servicing, diagnostics, and repairs both in the workshop and out on-site across the Southwest.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience with agricultural or similar heavy machinery
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Computer literacy for diagnostics and service reporting
A proactive attitude with excellent time management
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A Full UK Driving Licence
Commitment to high standards of Health & Safety
It’s a bonus if you also have:
An agricultural background or strong interest in the industry
