Field Service Engineer - Dental Equipment
Location: Dublin and Leinster region
Salary: Up to €60,000 + Van (no BIK) + Overtime + Benefits

Are you an experienced Dental Engineer seeking a stable, long-term role with a company that values work-life balance, offers genuine progression, and provides excellent training and support?
We're working with a well-established provider of dental equipment who are expanding their field service team across Ireland. They're looking for a skilled Dental Engineer to take ownership of service, maintenance, and installation across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
The Role:
Install, service, and repair a variety of dental equipment, including dental chairs, x-ray systems, autoclaves, compressors, and aspiration units.
Cover primarily Dublin and surrounding counties (approx. 70% local work).
Occasional national travel (around once a month, with overnight stays).
Monday to Friday, 39-hour contracted week (travel time not included).
Paid overtime available after 44 hours (including travel).
What's on Offer:
Competitive salary: Up to €60,000 for experienced Dental Engineers.
Company van with no BIK.
€11 daily lunch allowance.
23 days holiday + 10 bank holidays + full Christmas shutdown (24 Dec - 2 Jan).
Pension: 3% employee / 3% employer contribution.
Life assurance: 2x base salary.
No on-call work.
Long-term development and clear internal progression opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience working with dental equipment (x-rays, autoclaves, chairs, compressors, etc.).
Based within ~45 minutes (or 60km) of Dublin - including County Dublin, West Meath, Kildare, Louth, Meath, and across Leinster.
Full UK/EU driving licence.
Proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and commitment to quality.
